UV Gang Sheet Builder

It was difficult for a first timer to use. We had taken in a sample of exactly what we wanted. Filled out gang sheet builder but when we got it home after paying $35, it was not what we needed & we had to start again. Though we were told we would receive a partial refund we didn't. When we started again & I called the office several times the young lady was very helpful.
