I purchased an awesome yellow set of boots for a Xmas present 2025. Used for less than 6 months and the black sole started coming away from the yellow boot. I contacted Koalabi and even though the boot was technically out of the warranty period they straight away sent a replacement pair. So looking past the initial failure which any and every company has from time to time, i feel they have done a great job in addressing the issue promptly. Thankyou Koalabi

Shoes are great quality

I have wanted boots like these for gardening for ages but the other similar boots on the market are too narrow and too curved on the big toe. These are a great shape.
