I ordered a small bundle from this shop. The Houndoom ring, the Greninja ring, and the Key Stone bracelet. When I received the order, I only gotta the Greninja ring and the Key Stone bracelet. I submitted an email, they promptly replied that they were sold out of the Houndoom ring and offered me a refund for it. Last I heard from them. Suddenly, I get a notification from my email that they shipped another package? I didn't make an additional purchase. I was gobsmacked when my Houndoom ring showed up! There was no further communication after the refund, but they sent one anyway! 10/10 product quality, 100/10 customer service! I WILL be ordering from them again!
