Love the product. The strap stitching pulled out - simple fix but I called to find out how to fix it since it was new. They sent me an entire new one which was beyond the call of duty. So unusual to have customer service like this! Thank you!

I wouldn’t buy it.

I bought this based on the ratings and honestly it doesn’t even massage your shoulders where you need it to. I do like the heat setting but you can’t sit on the couch with it because it doesn’t sit right
