I love how amazingly smooth it was . No bitterness at all and it tastes and smells like the best coffee from a cafe .

Interesting product, room for improvement

I brewed 15 grams at 210f in an aeropress. Results were a bold cup that lacked the lighter and sweeter notes I look for in a light roast. There was inconsistency in roast profile. a good product, perhaps mine was stale.

Just ok I expected way way better ! The first pot was excellent, but I just didn’t care for it .. it wasn’t that it was bad there wasn’t anything special about it so instead of buying and waiting two weeks !! I’ll just buy Starbucks beans no difference
