Easy Way to be Eco Conscious

In the past I have really enjoyed using this service and loved their concept however I placed an order several months ago and part of it never shipped.
I tried to contact customer service and after a few days they responded saying there was nothing they could do about the missing part of the order and did not offer a refund or any resolution.
I’m disappointed that such a cool company has bad customer service and it makes me think twice about recommending or purchasing from them again.

Take Back bags are the best
This is the third time that I have used the Take Back bag to recycle my t-shirts, towels, old pjs etc. So convenient to fill up the bag, print the label, then drop it off. I am decluttering my wardrobe, so the Take Back bag is a great resource for me.
