XL Home Address Solar Pillar Light - Steel

Thanks to Northern Forge !

The address pillar came as promised. I emailed the company wondering if it could be expedited, and indeed it arrived before our daughter's birthday party (sometimes folks miss our driveway after dusk). The setup was easy. I will say the bottom numbers are a bit less bright than the top, but I fixed that with an inexpensive outdoor solar dusk to dawn light with a 16-foot cord - which now shines upward after dark. The result is in the picture below. I recommended it to two other folks near me just today.

Great craftmanship and customer service

The pillar was very well made and shipped quickly. I cannot say enough good things about Northern Forge craftsmanship and their customer service. I had a small issue with the light and emailed them about the issue. They responded the next day and sent an additional light immediately; even though the issue was no fault of their own. This is the kind of customer service we all hope we will receive, but rarely do. Thank you.

Working with Northern Forge was easy. I had just missed the timing for standard processing, and was able to place a priority order to get the solar pillar on time. Upon initial review after unpacking, everything looks great. The pillar is certainly durable, and I expect that it will be positioned at our home long after we have left it. It's a beautifully done piece.
