Zeitgeist Bike Bag

AMAZING

Such a great bag. I love how perfectly it fits between my drops (I have cowchipper bars) and I love how roomy it is. I also appreciate the structure in the bag- it feels very secure!

I have two older Zeitgeist packs from 10-15 years ago. They have been great. The new one has some really nice improvements! The drawstring closure is more durable. The support strap across the center back is terrific. And the plastic support shell in the bottom is really helpful. I'm happy I bought the new one with the upgrades. I miss the ability to order custom colors though. :-)

Amazing Customer Service

I ordered this bag recently but unfortunately there was a couple snags in the delivery. I reached out their customer service and they were super helpful! I worked with Daphne and she did a great job at helping my order get to my door! Super responsive and considerate whenever I reached out. Also the bag is epic and couldn't be happier!
