Great buy!
Bought the 1600 added smoke box and pizza oven. I've made several recipes pork belly, tri tip, pork tri tip, pizzas, jerky and many other recipes. Everything has turned out awesome.

Flagship 1600
I am really impressed with the Flagship 1600. I previously had a Green Mountain Grills Daniel Boone Prime WiFi that I used for the past 6 years. I smoked 4 racks of baby back ribs the first cook. They came out good perfect! A few things I noticed was the Flagship 1600 had no problems with temperature fluctuations and seems to be way more efficient on pellet usage without sacrificing good smoke flavor on the meat. My only regret so far is not purchasing a Recteq sooner!

UPGRADE
I had a Pit Boss 1600 Pro Series that I've had for several years that worked great for me. I eventually started having problems with it and had to replace the control board. When I replace the control board it fixed the problem with my temperature swings but I lost all my Wi-Fi and bluetooth. Pit Boss after sending me four different controllers essentially said it wasn't their problem. I purchased the flagship 1600 and as soon as I opened the box the build quality was immediately noticeable that it was much better quality. I've only used it a couple of times but so far it's been flawless.
