Commonwealth Black Helmet

I received an Industrial brand helmet instead. Same style, size and color. But it isn’t impact certified and doesn’t have a chin pad or the adjustable knob in the back. I would have appreciated an email or note from the shop if the item I ordered wasn’t available.
