replacement headset
I contacted customer support after the microphone stopped working . They were able to send a replacement . which was a good call since the problem appeared to be rooted in the headset itself . thank you

Great quality, looks EXACTLY as advertise, however the packaging it came in could look better

Not super positive but trustful comment
Have a great experience useing ARROW PRO H858. The price is super low for this kind of quality, good sound, nice micro, loud speakers. Unfortunately the deep of the ears is not enough to fit for all kind of ears. I am lucky to be born with nice small ears, but I am still touching the membrane of the headset and it creates a painful feeling for your ears. My son used them for 20 min and his ears were red and he was comlaining about pain and wieght of the headset.
In general device is very cool, but there is a way for improvment.
