Did not receive 2 bracelets

I will think twice before I buy from you again . First you tell me my shipment was complete when I received the silver wing bracelet.Then when I sent you the picture of the shipped box with the one bracelet you back tracked and said the 2 xSterling silver twisted bracelets would be coming from another place . Well 1 bracelet came and I am still waiting for the other one ! Your quality control is falling down on the job.
