Vintage Trucker Hat

Previously had a great experience with Adidem Asterisks but this time I had a delayed order and wasn’t updated on the status of my order. Ordered on 8th May, well in advance of a trip I wanted to take the item for. I had to reach out on the 13th May because I hadn’t received any shipping info, to which I was told there was a shipping issue which should be resolved by 15th/16th May. I didn’t hear back from Adidem Asterisks again. I went on the trip without the item I purchased, came back and still hadn’t received any info/update. Then I requested a refund on 25th May because I hadn’t received any shipping info or even an update on the shipping issue regarding my order. They didn’t reply to me, yet the next day I received an email saying the shipment was on its way. They were happy to post on Instagram throughout without giving any info! It’s disappointing and I don’t feel they were transparent. Shipping issues can happen, but if it wasn’t resolved by the date they expected they could at least inform customers instead of pretending everything’s fine on social media. Not 1 star because I like the item but probably my last purchase with Adidem Asterisks.

Shipping was really fast🫶🏾
