Bike-and-Walk Safety Harness

Harness itself was ok. Business process is not convenient. Ordered a basket with harness that was the wrong size. Support informed me that I need to buy a new harness and pay for the shipping and also to return the incorrect one and also pay for the shipping. They don't offer return labels and said I should just state my order number on the return envelope. Their warehouse than "got confused" about where return is from. Almost a month later, as well as multiple chasers, still waiting for refund that maybe is on the way... Dissapointing process when it's a premium and expensive product.

I was worried about my dog being too scared to ride in his kvisp but he loved it. I was using a mountain bike provided by someone else but I was not able to use the kvisp because my arms are not long enough and so I couldn't steer. :( Fortunately my boyfriend was able to ride with him. Apart from that, it was overall a great experience.

Too big for my 2.2 kgr yorkshire terrier
