best board ever

i had an irocker for years, kept having to patch it up every season, multiple times per season. it drove me nuts and made me not want to paddle. i finally caved and got 2 Retros for me and my boyfriend after hearing how great Glide boards are from some friends. they feel a LOT better than my irocker when paddling, and the stitching and material feels heavyweight and made for heavy use. straightforward set up too. i also really appreciated Ken's help in helping me pick out a board that fits my needs. their customer service actually rocks!!! i also bought the portable shark electric pump, which i highly recommend adding on if you are serious about getting on the water more often. a few minutes to pump and the added convenience makes a big difference, especially when i'm with others. i hate making people wait at my car for the slow car pump, or worse, pumping manually.

I am so in love with my Glide Retro Elite! I’ve taken it to the beach twice. We have the perfect channel to paddle and hang out and just … be. 💫 I go out solo parting the time and I also take my daughter out and she’s thrilled to death and begging for her own now! I look forward to many more adventures!

I have taken my new paddleboard out for one voyage so far, and I love it! I'm impressed with the quality and quantity of gear that arrived, and everything was very straightforward to use. I can't wait for more warm weather next summer.
