What a bag - sophisticated, practical best all rounder
this 20l is better than most 26l at carrying edc/office/gym kit. I love it. Having over 20 back packs I have finally found a backpack that can carry shoes without compromising the main compartment and space for laptop, gym clothes and edc. Genius!! No goruck or evergoods bag can compete for carry capability in this size

Awesome! <333
I have been looking for this backpack for a long time. It has everything I want in a backpack: beautiful and timeless design, functionality, top quality and durability! The Savant Pack ticks all these boxes. I've been using it almost every day for over half a year and it still looks as good as new. The material shows no signs of wear and the zips work perfectly (the paint doesn't peel). In addition to the Savant Pack, I have now bought the Panda Pack for travelling and the Global Pouch. I love it and will buy more products for sure :)

Perfect bag FOR ME
My daily carry is a bit unusual — I carry a 16 inch laptop, a 16 inch, flat portable monitor, an 11 inch iPad, and a notebook for the work I do. Because my items are all so flat, the common clamshell backpack with a deep main compartment was actually bad for my belongings; the flat items that do not fit in a laptop compartment had to go in the deep main compartment, but they would fall over/tilt inside the backpack because there was too much space for movement. The Savant is perfect because I can put the flat items in the bag’s second compartment. Some people might find the second compartment a little shallow and thin, but it is absolutely perfect for my flat items (monitor, notebook, sometimes a second laptop). My huge laptop and iPad fit perfectly in the laptop compartment, and my tech pouch, laptop charger, and miscellaneous items go in the deep front compartment. I also wanted a backpack that uses a beautiful+strong nylon material, could stand on its own, and DID NOT use aqua-guard zippers, because I did not want materials that degraded over time. The Savant is perfect for me and I plan to use it for decades. ONE feature I wish the Savant had is a D-ring on one of the straps, because I like hanging my keys there for immediate access without having to swing the backpack over + dig for the keys, but that is a grievance very specific to my own use case. Other than the lack of a D-ring, I have no real complaints. The deep front compartment holds my fat 20oz Yeti tumbler, so I don’t miss a water bottle pocket. It is also nice that there is a lifetime warranty, though I’m not sure if the bag will ever need it. The chunky zippers are very smooth and add a bit of a “younger”, “tougher” image to an otherwise very professional and clean bag. The day Pioneer adds a D-ring to their backpack strap(s) is the day I purchase another bag. If that doesn’t happen, I am set for life with my Savant.
