Santorini® 3 Drawer Chest with Removable Changing Topper

I recently purchased and assembled the Storkcraft Santorini changing table, and I strongly advise other parents to avoid this model. While the table looks fine, the functionality is unacceptable for a nursery. The drawers make an unbearably loud noise when opening and closing. This isn't just a minor squeak, it is loud enough that it will undoubtedly wake a sleeping child, rendering this useless when you need it most. The most frustrating part of this experience was dealing with Storkcraft support. They acknowledged the issue and admitted that their factory is currently working on a design change to fix this specific problem. However, they refused to retrofit my unit or replace it under warranty, leaving me with a defective product. It is shocking that they admitted to a design flaw yet continue to sell this model without a fix. Do not buy this product until they confirm the design has been updated.
