You can’t imagine how good this coffee is

Worth Every Penny

After adding up how much my wife I spent at our local coffee shop and the chains, we realized the Jura Z10 would break even in about a year. So far we have loved having it and have only had to get coffee outside the house once in a month. The added functionality and drinks really make the case for the machine. But for its price point they really should include a milk container, which is why it gets four stars. Gaia support has been great with questions and the added incentive of their coffee as bonus has made it an amazing addition.

An amazing machine! On the customer service front, Gaia was generally great. However, my first order got canceled because there was an issue with my address. They promptly refunded my money except for the expedited shipping I paid. I notified them twice about this, but weeks later they have not recontacted me or refunded that portion — and this is even despite placing a new order for a Z10 and paying expedited shipping again. Again, great machine and generally good service, but it shouldn’t be that hard to refund $20.
