Polar Recovery Pro Ice Bath

Prompt delivery. It arrived within 24 hours which is incredible; faster than the time it took your competitors to return my calls! Easy to install. I have enjoyed using it most days since it arrived.

So far……rubbish.

Hopefully I can amend this review in time but for now I’m ever so disappointed. Ordered on Friday lunchtime, expecting the quoted next day delivery to mean Monday. They didn’t send it until Monday. DPD lost the chiller on Tuesday. The actual ice bath arrived on Wednesday but so far no luck - and to be honest no real help from Polar - with actually getting a chiller. Various emails have got nowhere with the most recent (yesterday lunchtime) promising I’ll get some information within an hour!
