Good Quality, Wrong Order

The quality of the bracelet is excellent, but I asked for a plastic clasp on the end and it was sent with the tie knot on the end. I haven’t been back home to send it back. I have ordered a few bracelets from you all and have loved them all. I have never had a complain. No complaints about this order other than the wrong end. Thank you so much.
