Bed is good- Not great customer service

My bed arrived with a hole in it, and I reached out twice to Haven and no one got back to me. Disappointed as the mattress was expensive and it didn’t happen on my end the hole was underneath the plastic - I also offered to send pictures and videos of the unwrapping in real time to prove it wasn’t me and no one cared to see them.
