I received my order in a well packed little box. Once opened and was able to see the actual size I was quite pleased. Already hung up where I wanted ito. Thank you

I would give this item a 5 out of 5 but there were two issues I had. 1. The wood is in two pieces connected with a hinge. Nowhere in the description does it say two pieces. 2. The packaging made the strands get all tangled to each other. Once I had them untangled, the strands didn’t fall right. It’s better now that it’s on the wall and gravity fixed the strands. I did write to the company but they responded with little accountability and resolution. I would recommend this item as being a very unique hanging but the quality is lacking.
