Bergen Red

I previously reviewed these shoes because I loved them right out of the box. Unfortunately i realized later that they were too big. I had to size down one whole size, which I never have to do - if anything, I have to size up a 1/2 size due to my wide feet. They are so soft and comfortable and I don’t anticipate any wearing in period. My only complaint is the lame fastener. There’s a hook fastener that goes behind the buckle, as opposed to a normal functioning buckle. Not sure why Lonza is trying to reinvent the wheel (or buckle), but it’s frustrating and annoying. If someone has mobility or flexibility issues, good luck fastening these shoes. I may take them to a cobbler to fix buckle and strap.

The shoes are so comfortable! They fit like a glove. And they look so great because of the red color and material. The reason for the 4 stars is because my feet were colored red at the end of the day. The leather leaves a red stain in my feet after use. Other than that, they are awesome!
