OPENROAD 180 Awning Sidewalls

I love the awning with walls. Not happy my awning cover had a cut in it. When I opened the box to install. Ask customer service to replace it. Waiting to here back. Waiting for the end walls to ship!

Great product but they need to stop advertising products that are NOT available. They also need to take some of the money that they are spending on content, advertising and expos and invest into Customer Service. They should also retrain their current staff to practice one call/contact resolution instead of giving single non helpful responses which cause the customer to have to email back just to have to wait 3-6 weeks for a response. My 270 plus and aidewalls finally areived after multiple delays and miscommunication. The awning is a beast and i cant wait to get out and test it in the outsoors!!
