The Hardware is a nice pkg. I'm thinking that the J hook used for the barn "fold" doors is the same dimension of the sliding doors. The dimension of the J hook I suspect is meant to be installed onto rail by lifting and at an angle to engage rollers on to the rail or if space available you could "feed" door onto the rail from the end of rail. Since the Bifold requires a foot pin pivot neither for mentioned option works. The space between the top nut on the J hook and the rail is not enough to straight lift the door to hang on rail once it is on the pivot pin. An increased dimension between the rail and top nut of the J hook would help immensely , Shawn Bradley Bradley Construction
