Raching MON3800A Electric Humidor w/ Ammonia Removal | Holds 1,500 Cigars

George was an absolute pleasure to work with! I will definitely be doing business with him again. My Raching Mon3800a came in a crate that was very sturdy, I let it sit for 24 hours once I got it to where I would be leaving it. The next day I cranked it up and began the seasoning process, 75 temp 75 humidity for 4 days, 70-70 for 3 days, and finally 68 temp 67 humidity for the final day. This unit was able to hold all temps and humidity levels I set it at and I have two calibrated push sensors as a check. One on the bottom and one on the top. The only issue I had, since I’m in the USA apparently the built in wifi for the unit is unusable, but if you have push sensors or something like that you can use those to check on the levels and be fine.

If I could I would give Trusted Home Goods 10 stars ⭐️. My humidor arrived in a couple days in tack. It’s a beautiful piece of equipment. Set the temperature and it does the rest. Great warranty Even though I purchased an extended warranty. Thank you George, your customer service, patience and honesty made my decision easy. My next purchase will be very soon. I want the Rabbit Air3 .

I’ve been searching for a nice cigar cabinet for a while now, and stumbled up on this Raching Mon3800A. I did my research and searched how well the temperature and humidity does on this unit and found out how many zones it has inside and was blown away. I looked at 3 different sellers and contacted each one, But i was sold on Trusted Home Goods. When the owner reached out to me and we conversated back and forth for a couple of days and then worked on a price that I could be happy with and he could still be in business (smile) The deal was done. George really is the reason I purchased from THG. He never once came over as an owner or just trying to make a sell. He made the entire shopping process comfortable and not rushed.
