Kept sliding off my heals

I am so disappointed because I didn't realize these were a final sale so I can't return them. I tried to wear them multiple times but they would not stay on my feet no matter how hard I tried. Super sad since I've owned many pairs of Sanuks over the years and have never had a problem.
