Amazing Mantle, Even Better Customer Service

We ordered the 60Lx6Hx6D Aged Oak mantle for our fireplace and TV wall. It looks amazing. Was easy to assemble as well with the wooden bracket that comes with it. The piece is sturdy and beautiful. More importantly, the piece was delivered with some cracks in the wood that we did not notice until 2 months after unpacking. When we reached out to WoodCoreConcepts, they we very sympathetic, built, and delivered a brand new piece for us. We were worried this would not be possible since reporting the damage so late, but they were great about it. They're customer service was truly excellent and you can tell they care deeply about the quality of their product. Thank you!
