First off, the ring is absolutely gorgeous and the online photos don’t do it justice. I ordered the wrong size and had to do an exchange. When I hadn’t heard anything from them after a couple weeks, I reached out to get an update. They never got the package, but after a tracking number was provided they sent a new ring out immediately. I appreciate the speed and attitude about the situation.

The ring arrived it was beautiful unfortunately had to return due to groom wanting something else then the company showed be how beautiful they were in customer service! I would highly recommend!!!

The ring came within 2 days! We ordered a size 11.5 and it fits perfectly. The ring is heavy duty and so beautiful in person. Very happy with the whole purchase and tracking was awesome.
