The shoes were super hard to get on and my daughter could not walk in them at all. The back of one shoe came broken and wouldn’t stay on her foot. Shopping took forever and this was not worth the price. I got her a pair of Stride Rite shoes and she’s absolutely loved them

They market this as barefoot shoes but it is far from what barefoot shoes are. Really the products are generic and just drop shipped their suppliers. The quality of the products are not bad but to have advertised it and their brand as “barefoot” is misleading. Furthermore I have emailed their customer service the moment I had placed the order and realised that the products are not what I was looking for, but I have not heard back with ANY kind of feedbacks even thought I’ve reached out via e-mail and social media. I do not appreciate non existence customer service.
