Unicorn water flosser

Love it! My daughter loves it. The dentist said her gums never looked better. I just received the first replacement tip and I can’t get the old tip off. How do you replace the tip? What am I doing wrong? I never saw any directions on how to replace the tip in the user manual.

My grandkids love this water flosser. Had to show how to keep in mouth over sink at first because just wanted to shot me with the water at first, haha.

Got one for each kid and they love them. They said this is fun and I actually had to have them stop so we could get to bed.
