The sizing runs large, but if you order according to your dress size, it is accurate! I am normally a medium, but I bought the small because I am a size 4. I am amazed at how well this top holds everything in! I recently lost weight and I am especially concerned about things flopping out up top, but this is so secure. I feel like I can really play with my kid and have a great time while still looking cute and stylish! I just bought it in another color
