Pleased with the knife and the recipient was grateful. While it may not be the most expensive knife available, it’s a great choice for a new college graduate to learn the value of a quality knife. Since it’s stainless steel, it can handle the potential learning curve. I did threaten to take it back if they put it in the dishwasher, however.
