Scary Sharp!

I had high expectations for this knife which were exceeded. It is easily the sharpest knife I have ever felt. I've used it for several weeks now and it has maintained a sharp edge. I own dozens of other knives, some with a Rockwell hardness of 62 and 63 HRC, yet somehow this tojiro is able to hold it's edge very noticeably better than any of them. Highest quality of materials and workmanship. Highly recommended!
