What great service! I rang to check stock (5 June 2026), my call was answered quickly with a positive answer. I then ordered a pack of spare fixings for an Elbesee Easy Clip frame, at midday on a Friday and they arrived in the post on the next day, on a Saturday morning.

Exactly what I wanted, well packaged and very quick to arrive. Could be better advertised. I had been looking for ages and then wrote to Elbesee to ask. Very pleased with the service. Many thanks.

I needed these to repace fixings that were missing in some tapestry fames. These fitted well.
