Not overly sweet pick me up
Better than any Starbucks frappe. Love it for my pre work ritual. Not to sweet and keeps you full for a decent amount of time with a caffeine pick me up. I add my collagen peptides to it and some chia seeds. Perfect

this is an excellent way to start your day. I mix in lactose free milk, cinnamon and protein powder. Won’t start my day without it.
