HydraPatch®

My 16 yr old plays elite-level travel soccer. I’ve bought him all the electrolyte things marketed to me. This is the only one he says works and asks me to keep stocked in the pantry.

I must admit that I'm pleasantly surprised and the results. I'm entering into my heavy mileage on the bike (outdoor) training, and I have used the HydraPatch twice in the last two weeks, where the temperatures reached over 95 degrees F. These rides were between 95 and 103 miles and I was able to complete these rides using only 1 liter of water each trip. Prior to that I was having to stop at gas stations / convince stores to get more fluids, on days which had lower mileage and high temps. These result were enough that I went ahead and purchased (10) patches, and plan on using them on the remainder of my long weekly rides.
