Very unimpressed with their handling of misinformation. When making purchase online we were extra careful to follow their instruction in order to find the right size. As it states their shoes are more generous in sizing therefore encouraging to order “half size smaller than usual”. It turns out that is absolutely untrue and the shoes are found half a size too small to fit. When seeking a resolution they offer no compensation whatsoever and told me to lossen laces and purchase a thinner insole from aftermarket suppliers. Understanding their challenge to swap shoes for international clients we offered to buy a second pair should they offer a meaningful discount while passing on the original ones to a younger family member. To our surprise even that is NOT their consideration and simply apologies via email which does not solve any issues. At $300 a pair it is a rather large disappointment in Australian Standard!

These are sturdy stylish shoes! I love them!!
