The item was ordered the first week of Dec as a Christmas gift. It was delivered in mid February. My inquiries to customer service were always responsive but gave the reason for the very late delivery as the factory was unable to meet demand. I was offered a rebate of $10 but it was never sent. The people that received the gift were very pleased with the item.
