the fuzzy part of the blanket was coming out between the thread of the embroidered name. i wish it was more consistent threading and the material wasn’t coming through.

I love your brand and appreciate the usual high quality. I’ve acquired some great custom embroidered items for our newborn preemie twins. However, I’m sad to say that I am very disappointed in a custom embroidered cuddle Friend that I’ve just received. Ordered two, a Parker puppy and Pink Honey Bunny. Parker is perfect with the custom name really standing out. The pink Honey bunny not so good. The thread used for the name is white and barely shows on the pale pink bunny. If I had known, I wouldn’t have added the customization. I’m surprised that whoever supervises the machine work has not brought this to the management’s attention, especially given the preview that’s provided before placing the order.
