Lovely mat, excellent customer service

I purchased this mat for my sister for her birthday. Unfortunately, on arrival, it had a small amount of damage. The customer services team couldn’t have been more helpful, quickly organising a replacement one that has just arrived today. Perfect condition. It really is a lovely mat, good cushioning, excellent grip. They’re expensive, but I think it’s worth it. Many thanks.
