Create Your Own Box - 48 Chocolates

5 star posh nosh, but going for a 6th!

I choose this 48 'choose your own' format because I have a sweet tooth, and it allows me to edit out the more serious bon bons in favour of those that just make you smile. And even then, I find myself changing the quantities concerning my favourites each and every time. I have asked myself why. I suppose it's sheer greed... since I enjoy them all, I find myself feeling hardly done by if I haven't had enough of any one favourite. Importantly, this fine chocolatier keeps on working, and improving flavours. In particular this month, the raspberry/black sesame has had a complete face lift, and has gone from a 2 selection in my chooser box, to a 6 selection. Yes, that's right, this mad obsessive perfectionist will not let sleeping flavours lie, and keeps stirring the pot to find an even more compellingly mystical chocolate chemistry. OR IS THIS ARTIST JUST MIXING HIS PAINT?!

Best gift

Absolutely beautiful chocolates, was proud to gift to my friend who got to try them for the first time. She can’t decide which has been her favourite so far! Such spectacular ‘boxing’and sleek looking chocolates… the fact they taste even better than they look .. will be my go to gift from now on.
