Chester Gingham Mini Dress

Ordered my size, then a size larger than my normal size and it was still way too tight on lower half of the dress. My normal size was already loose and too wide on top so when I tried to size up for the bottom half, not only was the bottom half still too tight to even zip, but the top was now way to wide and large. Meant for broad shoulders on the top half & no hips or shape bottom half.
