Seville Orange Marmalade, Kilner | 410g

The absolute finest marmalade I´ve had - it has the perfect subtle kick of coriander seed to it too, to give it that Andalus warmth so redolent of Seville. It´s sublime on hot toasted thick-cut seeded sourdough bread. The Queen of Marmalades.

I went on a quest over a few years to find a good marmalade, I tried several different brands, some were good but the one that I liked most was Seville Orange Marmalade from Rosebud Preserves. It has the right balance, not too sweet and the lovely tang from the Seville oranges.

Delicious marmalade. Homemade, just like my dearest Mum used to make!
