1st time using Premium Hot Peel

I purchased the Gang Sheet but wasn't able to use it right away. I finally got to use it. I love how it printed, the colors are so vivid. It was easy to build my own Gang Sheet from my design. I used a 100 % cotton shirt and followed the suggested directions. 280 for 20 seconds. However, I found that I had to press a few times. The "hot peel" didn't work. I had to let it cool a bit. I understand that not all presses are the same and temps & time might differ. But I finally got it! And I love it. Soft to the touch and so bright.

I have contacted customer service last week with no update. Previously I’ve had a 10/5 star experience with this company for about two years. This order in particular however did not meet the standard quality I have had before. My prints were off color, the prints were thin, several bubbles and lacking the adhesive in some areas making it difficult to press and even peeling or ripping the design. There were also print lines all throughout the design. I make several items for youth sports teams and need reliable suppliers. As I have mentioned, I have alerted customer service about this with no response back. I would love to get a reprint and keep using Lion but several days with no response is disappointing.

It was great except there was still a lot of room that could have added more design. I was very happy that a few extra were included though. Thank you.
