One of the first things that impressed me is that I got to talk to a human “Emma”who helped me with my order! She was very polite and did not make me feel inadequate since I am quite old and did not grow up with computers and cell phones, she was very polite and helpful, and I got my waterproof boots in two days. I am very happy with them and with Miss Emma for helping me. !
