TruFlat® Linen 1/8 MDF, double sided, perfect for Glowforge or other CO2 Lasers

Nice easy to use material

I am impressed with this material. it arrived very flat with no warpage. A test piece revealed that the Proofgrade setting needed slight tweaking for my machine. I did a test engrave on two different finishes of the TruFlat material. The PG setting for engraving and scoring were spot on. The cut setting need minor adjustment to cut through the bottom finish. Gluing the two pieces together was accomplished using Gorilla wood glue. It held well and was nearly impossible to separate. Overall, very pleased with the look and performance of this material.

I'm Loving this TruFlat!!!

I have a GF Pro and love this classy design. Perfect for backgrounds or even better, using as a front layer with a darker background or second layer, really makes your design POP!!! The suggested Medium Draftboard is my perfect setting.

Easiest cutting and cleaning!

I have a Mira 9, 100W that I used for this material. It has a slightly textured surface and is a lovely linen/antique cream in color. It has an MDF like core, so any machine can truly cut through like butter. Cleaning is a breeze with either a damp cloth or with LIGHTLY using rubbing alcohol, which I found not to be needed. Paint fill is very easy to do as well, Wipe hard first with a paper towel immediately (do not let dry!), Make your first wipe with rubbing alcohol on a cloth, going up/down on the material. A 2nd pass will remove the tiny bit remaining and leave it looking just as perfect as it can be. Definitely recommend this product, I ordered most of the TruFlat, this is the first I used. Will be buying again and again!!
