Tasty. I like it better than liquid IV because it doesn’t have a bunch of extra vitamins and things I don’t need which allows me to drink more of it when it’s ridiculously hot out. Only thing I’d like to see is a version with real sugar added because your body reuptakes the minerals easier with a smidge of sugar (the IVs in a hospital have salt and sugar essentially). Love the flavor. Tastes like a salty real strawberry kiwi.

As soon as you open the packet and pour it into your water you instantly smell the nice strawberry kiwi flavor. It also tastes better than other electrolyte powders I have tried before, where they can be a little too salty.
