Beautiful Towel Bar… cheap install hardware
I love the towel bar but the screws supplied to install it were cheaply made, two the screws snapped while I was installing it (and yes, I predrilled the holes). At this price point, I was expecting better .

Waited at least a week for return authorization
I’m still waiting after connecting with Tomas. The towel bars are fine, more delicate than I expected…but the customer service has been very frustrating.
