I ordered a product that included a free gift via Facebook. It took nearly a month to arrive—with no shipping updates—and only the main product was delivered. I am disappointed by the seller's lack of responsibility. Consequently, even though I cannot yet verify the product's effectiveness, I have no intention of purchasing it again. I hope others avoid wasting their money the way I did.
